Destined "Read 2 Succeed" Summer Camp at New Grove Baptist Church

Registration has closed with 60 students.

• Camp Dates:  June 5 - July 15, 2023

• Weekdays:  7:30 am - 4:30 pm  

• Mornings: Academic Enrichment w/emphasis in reading, social and emotional learning, Cultural Awareness and STEAM.   

• Afternoons:  Structured and unstructured hours of fun.

• Field Trips - TBD

• Opportunity for 1:1 counseling with our staff
  Psychologist.

• Destined Inc.  supports the whole child.  We recognize that lacking in academics, and displaying unfavorable behavior is sometimes deeper than the test scores or prescribed disciplinary plan.  We like to understand "What happened" to the student, not "What just happened in class, on the playground, in the bathroom.  We are happy to provide group workshops with our summer camp parents to provide strategies, support, and a plan to prepare each camper as needed so that they have a successful school year.
